Dave Buddecke - Partner, Broker, CMEA
S. Cash Sigler is a principal at Eagle Creek Appraisal & Intermediary Services (“Eagle Creek”), formerly named Cooper Norman Business Brokers and Advisors, LLC (“CNBBA”), the appraisal and business brokerage arm of Cooper Norman CPA’s. Eagle Creek provides certified machinery, equipment and personal property appraisals, business sales and acquisition assistance, business consulting services and assists clients with various business activities.
Prior to joining CNBBA, Cash was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a heavy industrial manufacturing business specializing in metallic and non-metallic stampings, forming and precision machining. In his 16 years of tenure, he was responsible for or participated in numerous heavy machinery and company acquisitions.
Cash graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles in 1984, and has held licensing in real estate in the State of Idaho and has held a CBI accreditation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and is a member in good standing with the NEBB Institute with his CMEA designation as a certified machinery and equipment appraiser from the NEBB Institute.
Cash has been awarded the CMEA designation (Certified Machinery/ Equipment Appraiser) by the NEBB Institute. CMEA’s are located throughout the United States and several foreign countries, and are used by banks, other lending institutions, CPAs, attorneys, business buyers/sellers and others to provide needed financial information for a variety of reasons.has performed equipment appraisals in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Montana, and Arizona, and has valued thousands of individual pieces of equipment ranging from heavy industrial to high end medical equipment valued in the millions of dollars.
Dave Buddecke is a principal and broker at Eagle Creek Appraisal and Intermediary Services, formerly known as Cooper Norman Business Brokers & Advisors, LLC, the appraisal and business brokerage arm of Cooper Norman CPA’s. Cooper Norman is the largest privately held CPA firm in the state of Idaho with offices in Twin Falls, Pocatello and Idaho Falls. Eagle Creek and Dave are past members of the International Business Brokers Association and Dave has held his CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designation. Eagle Creek provides certified machinery, equipment and personal property appraisals, business sales and acquisition assistance, business consulting services and assists clients with various business activities. Additionally, Dave is the former Chief Operating Officer of Cooper Norman CPA’s and assisted clients in all industries including but not limited to agricultural, manufacturing, distribution, construction and services industries.
Prior to establishing CNBBA, Dave was the Executive Vice President of a heavy industrial manufacturing business specializing in metallic and non-metallic stampings, forming and precision machining. Over 18 years of tenure with Seastrom Dave participated in and or directly negotiated the purchase or disposition of millions of dollars of equipment and other assets.
Dave attended the University of Southern California in pursuit of duel degrees in Business Administration and Finance. Other industry and educational background include over 90 hours of annual continuing education to update industry knowledge and maintain certifications and licenses.
